Subsonic Forum

Hey,

I tried to find a page talking about upgrading (I'm on 4.9, I want to upgrade to 5.0). So far, no dice finding it (although I thought I found it before). The install guide talks about just installing the .deb for ubuntu (relevant in my case), but I suspect there may be more to it.

Or is there?

What's the recommended course of action for upgrading subsonic 4.9 to 5.0 in ubuntu?

Okay so upgrading is as simple as the install, and so far the configs look to be retained, awesome! Wicked job on the packaging folks!

To clarify, all I did was download the .deb file, ran "dpkg -i" against it and then just had to refresh the login page for my subsonic and it was done. Quick, easy, awesome.
