Movie Playback Skipping

How do I optimize JW player? It skips when playing movies, it has nothing to do with buffering, I have tons of bandwidth, and this issues occurs regardless of which Bit rate I use.
Does anyone have any configuration tips? or options that I could check that might help alleviate the issue?
