192 kbps vbr songs will not stream

As of a couple of days ago, Subsonic stopped being able to stream 192 kbps vbr songs over the internet via web browser. They work fine on the local wi-fi network. This was working fine a week ago. No settings have changed on my end. As far as I can tell it is only this bitrate that is affected. I'm wondering if anyone had an ideas about this or similar issues.

It looks like the files are AAC files. Subsonic lists them as MP3 192 kbps vbr, which they are not.

FYI, I "fixed" this by removing AAC and M4p from the transcode options. This was all working perfectly 2 weeks ago so I am not sure why I needed to do this. I guess no one else is having this issue.
