Can someone tell me why Subsonic is accessing this site - moscow.gateway.2wire.net - behind the scenes?

Process: subsonic-agent.exe
Hostname: moscow.gateway.2wire.net
Local port: 3643
Remote port: 1028
Protocol: TCP
Status: Established
Aware since: 3/15/2009 10:42:51 PM
Age: 11:35:05
Recognized as: ???

Process: subsonic-service.exe
Hostname: moscow.gateway.2wire.net
Local port: 1028
Remote port: 3643
Protocol: TCP
Status: Established
Aware since: 3/15/2009 10:42:51 PM
Age: 11:36:25

If you look at the port numbers you see that subsonic-agent is connected to subsonic-service, as it should be.

moscow.gateway.2wire.net is probably your assigned hostname or something, I don't know. Maybe you have a 2wire router?

Do you have a server or pc with the hostname "moscow" perhaps? :)
That in combination with a 2wire router would automatically generate a reverse dns for the server moscow to be moscow.gateway.2wire.net.
The address for the 2wire itself is always http://gateway.2wire.net
Found this in the installation guide

Seems it has caused some vulnerabilities as well in the past. See http://tech.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid ... 4&from=rss
