Trying to use the android BubbleUPNP client as a house-wide controller to stream the audio to chromecast multi-rooms. I'd like to be able to view my music collection by reading the tags rather than the directory structure as there are younger people in the family who don't seem to understand the directory browsing. Any recommendations to chanange this?

Some apps can do that because the API supports it (shameless plug: SubFire is one of them; others include Polysonic (Chrome) and AVSub (IOS)), but the main Web UI is exclusively folder structure at this time.
