Some users cannot use Jukebox mode

I have granted The Play Jukebox security right, and even user is Admin, but no change.
Login as user, Settings - Player - Jukebox is selected, but still the web player is used on the local device.
(If I login as different user, jukebox plays OK)
What setting am I missing?
