Ignore directory feature

In a past version of Subsonic, there was a feature that allowed you to define specific directories that Subsonic would not list in its catalog. This was a very useful feature to me, since I could exclude my wife's music and some directories that I hold on to for reference material and would never want to stream. At some point this feature was removed. It was enough for me to move on to another streaming product. In general I was very happy with Subsonic but that feature was mandatory for me. I wondering if there is some way to do this in the latest versions of the product.

Thanks.

In the latest version you can define which folders a user can acces. Folders you don't want users to see can be blocked, but it is a "per user setting".
Perhaps this screenshot is of any help.

Hi,

This is a rather awkward "solution".
Simply excluding directories, as it is possible with other apps, would be very useful.
