Can't access Subsonic service on Sonos

I can apparently create the service on Sonos: I fill in the customsd form and it says it was successful. I go over to the Windows Sonos Controller and the Subsonic service is there. So I try to access it and enter my name and login of my Subsonic premium subscription (which I just got) and it complains: There was a problem adding the Subsonic account. A Connection to Subsonic could not be made.

I previously entered my Subsonic subscription info into Susbsonic and it accepted it.

What could be wrong?

Solved!
When you register the service in Sonos, it will ask for a login and password.
It doesn't want the Subsonic premium subscription password as I originally thought.
(... half a day passes ...)
It wants the login/password used by the person who installed and setup the Subsonic program.
Now it works, surprisingly well, in fact.
