Keeps Crashing

Hi,

I have returned to subsonic after a short absence but its keeps crashing.

I have a SkyQ router setup correctly for port forwarding. Quite often I can use subsonic for around 5 minutes or so. After that it crashes. I then get an error message saying that the connection has been reset and then that it won't connect.

I am running subsonic on a Synology DS218 and I am running to lastest 6.1.6 synology software.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Sorry if I have missed some information i am new to this

There is a group called HELP

Have a look at the log files, there you should find a lots of informations, that someone that want to help needs too ...
I don't know your system, but in almost cases there is an linux derivation and it should have /var/log with most of the system logs
