I am running my subsonic-server (standalone) on a Pc with windows 10 Pro 21h1.

During installation of a java update (1.8.0_311) the updater told me that I have not used Java for about 6 months and recommends to uninstall it.

????

Just because Windows is telling you its not used doesn't mean that its not, especially for services like this. Subsonic is using components of Java, which will not register with Windows that Java is being used since your not opening the Java app. So unless you are opening the actual java console that would be why it doesn't think it is being used.

I know but I wonder that Java does not know that is has been used.
It's not windows thats's telling me that Java has not been used for a long time, it's the Java update itself.
