Sorry for my bad english.. i'm french guy

I search a application for create a new website project. A public project on Web !

So I have a question : Subsonic is a good app for that ? Or just for created a home streaming server, for personal use.

- Is it safe (secure) ?
- And the overload (ex : 100 users at the same time)

I know other application as Jinzora, but I like other apps as android o Iphone, so Subsonic is my favorite apps
