subsonic preventing monitor turnoff on XPSP3

I think this happened before I upgraded subsonic and I fixed it. I think that somehow subsonic keeps the monitors for the server computer turned on despite winxp trying to turn them off. I found that in windows 7 and Vista, there are lots of threads about media servers preventing the monitors for turning off because the media server doesn't let the computer go to sleep. I fixed this in a prior version of subsonic by downloading a fixit.

Is anyone else familiar with this problem? I looked in the forums but didn't find anything and I don't want the computer to go to sleep, just the monitor to turn off.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Check the service settings and disable the "interact with desktop" option.
That should do the trick.
