Exporting Album Art

Hi!

I'm working on a mosaic and I'm looking for a way to export the album are from the 5200 albums I currently have. Does anyone know of a program that would do that for me? I've tried a very long process that I found on Instructables that involves many steps and several different programs with mixed results.

As a note, I'm currently running W7 and have MediaMonkey Gold. iTunes has much of the album art saved to my hard drive as well but it's in some Apple format.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
