subsonic vs jwplayer license : gpl vs by-nc-sa

For what I know the gpl have incompatibility issue with the by cc license.

The most obvious point is that gpl allow everyone the redistribute the software, for any use ( even commercial ) and the by cc don't allow it.

So a gpl software can't contain a part that is by cc.

If I'm right, subsonic is violating the jwplayer license !

Am I right ?

JW Player Enterprise License

The JW Player Enterprise License can be used by companies that want to resell the player, use it on more than 50 sites, or integrate the player into a 3rd party product or CMS.

Of course you can't be implying that the developer doesn't have a valid license. Right?

Yes but the GPL involve the right for everybody to redistribute the software.
But because of the license of jwplayer, nobody can redistribute it...

I'm not saying that the use of jwplayer is not valid, i'm saying subsonic can't be on GPL.

Do you understand my point ?
