Some folders are empty in the collection

Hi, i have a little home server with Ubuntu 11.04 and subsonic 4.5 with all settings ok, working on LAN and wan without problems. I made a folders tree with artist name, album and songs, but some files aren't present to the left of the web interface, only when i search in the field to the top right on the screen he find the song with the correct artist and album. How is possible? I tried to uninstall the software purging configuration folder /var/subsonic and /car/playlists too, but any solution, please help me! P.s. i can play all searched songs
