4.6beta2 recently played not indexed

I just forced a reindex of the search and noticed the following in the log file:
[2011-12-05 12:43:48,218] DEBUG SearchService - Logically deleting info for album /mp3/Artists/D/Dire Straits/Love Over Gold. Not found on disk.
[2011-12-05 12:43:48,219] DEBUG SearchService - Logically deleting info for album /mp3/Artists/P/Paul Simon/Graceland. Not found on disk.
[2011-12-05 12:43:48,219] DEBUG SearchService - Logically deleting info for album /mp3/Artists/R/Rolling Stones/Rolling Stones - 1969 - Let It Bleed. Not found
However, I recently played those albums and they're certainly there
[nigelreed@wibble Love Over Gold]$ ls -lR "/mp3/Artists/D/Dire Straits/Love Over Gold"/
/mp3/Artists/D/Dire Straits/Love Over Gold/:
total 38668
-rw-r----- 1 user mp3 13714710 May 1 2009 01 - Dire Straits - Telegraph Road.mp3

-rw-r----- 1 user mp3 7632986 May 1 2009 05 - Dire Straits - It Never Rains.mp3
Yes, the permissions are correct.
While checking I saw this also:
[2011-12-05 08:45:01,947] INFO VersionService - Resolved local Subsonic version to: 4.6.beta2
[2011-12-05 08:45:02,091] INFO VersionService - Resolved latest Subsonic final version to: 4.5
[2011-12-05 08:45:02,091] INFO VersionService - Resolved latest Subsonic beta version to: 4.6.beta1
Which is odd because 4.6.beta2 is out on the website.
