I am sure people are laughing but I have pressed something which now means if I have 10 tracks to play I have to press the next track each time the previous ends.
Could people please help

Maybe you turned on single song repeat? I've done that before on my droid... if that's where your problem is, look in the upper left corner for the little "repeat" loop icon. It probably has a 1 in the middle of it, meaning repeat one song.
