Jukebox playing on a selected audio soundcard

I was wondering if there was a way to select the audio output device for the music to play on. My thought is this. I would like to use my tablet to select where the music plays. For example, I would like to select kitchen, or outside speakers from the tablet and this is where the sound would be directed. I believe I can set a player, based on login (user), so I was thinking to be able to set it there somehow. On my Subsonic server PC I have the internal soundcard, a USB audio cazrd, as well as a bluetooth wireless speaker system that I would like to select from.

Any ideas?
