Subsonic Forum

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I could not find anything related to my issue on the boards. In fact, I am not even sure I am having an "issue."

I stopped using Subsonic for about 6 months as I was in between addresses. I have got it all configured again, but I now see the message "waiting for wifi" when I have music qued up in the cache. I seem to recall Subsonic caching over 3G in the past and wonder if this functionality has been removed?

I have my bitrate settings to 160kb/sec over 3G on the phone end. Are there some settings I need to change on the Subsonic server / web page?

By design the music is cached to the phone before playback begins.

Check the Settings menu in the app to see if the option to only stream when on wifi is selected.
