Keeping subsonic "alive" on Solaris/Open Indiana

Postby ajssbp » Sun Jun 17, 2012 10:11 pm

Hi everyone,

I have been using Subsonic for a few years now on a media computer attached to my TV and I love it!! I recently built a file server since I didn't trust my media computer to hold all the data anymore, and I want to put Subsonic right on the file server instead of leaving it on the media computer and trying to stream the music from the file server to the media computer on out to the net.

I have successfully installed Subsonic on my file server (Open Indiana build 148) and it runs great, but it seems like it only runs for about 24 hours and then the service is stopped. If I re-execute the script it works fine, again for about 24 hours and then it is killed. Does anyone know of a way to keep the service "alive" either through some parameters I can't seem to find or by automatically running the subsonic script every so often? Thanks in advance.
