Quick and Dirty Getting Started Guide

At the request of some of my less than computer literate friends on Buzz, I wrote up a guide on how to quickly get started using Subsonic, focused partly on integration with Android. Check it out and let me know what you think, and I can answer any questions or update it accordingly.
