NOT_FOUND

I used the Windows install for my Windows7 Home PC. Service is running... but I can't get a login screen.
I've tried stopping/restarting the system and changing the ports -- I even went so far as to try the "https" option. All I ever get is the above message when I try to browse to the machine. I've tried localhost, and the local IP address
I've added rules to my firewall and enabled the .exe programs in the subsonic folder. Nothing works.
What am I doing wrong?
