Hi
I have bought one year description and I do not have the user and pw.

I have tried user = admin and pw = admin

What do I wrong I have uninstall the server several times and then tried to login with "admin" , but no luck

I seem to remember that 'admin' doesn't have an initial password, so try to log in without a password.

Important! Immediately after installing Subsonic you should change the admin password to secure the server. Point your browser to the Subsonic web page (see URL below), and log in with username admin and password admin. Go to Settings > Users to change password and create new users.

If you can't find a solution that works, the easiest thing to do is a COMPLETE uninstall being sure to delete any data directory, i.e. C\Subsonic in Windows platforms as well as using Programs and Features to uninstall the program. I'm not a Linux guy so don't ask me about that. Then redo a clean installation. If you have issues after that, then you probably need to do the same with Java followed by another attempt at a clean Subsonic install.

If that doesn't work, either you or your computer have some issues beyond the scope of a forum solution.
