HELP

I am trying to access someone's subsonic account and that person is trying to access mine. We have tried EVERYTHING and we cannot get it to work. We have tried our ip address:8080 and just the ipaddress and also I registered with my username.subsonic.org and he still cannot get into my account. Any suggestions at all???

I'll ask first so that people don't ask the same questions but what ALL have you tried?

Are you using a redirect like XXX.subsonic.org? A problem you may be running into is that you think you're at the login page for your friend's server but are really at yours. A way to check would be to change the skins for each (Settings/Default Theme).

Are you getting any errors? I assume it's the the username/password isn't recognized but let us know if it's something else.
