Please can you help with setting server address

Hi
I just installed Subsonic on my Windows 7 PC and am able to access all media on my PC.
I have also installed Subsonic (android) on my Samsung Galaxy. I am able to access a third party server thru server address/username/password data provided by that server. I am now trying to set up my PC as an additional server. What information do I provide for Server address, Username and Password. Please can you help. I know that this question must have been asked a million times before .. but I am sort of foxed.

Many thanks for your 'idiot-proof' guide to Subsonic installation.
My media files are up on my PC and my mobile devices. I do not intend to access them over the internet .. so I shall ignore that for the moment.

So you are only trying to access the files from your mobile device while on your local network?
