Pages and icons....

This is how I currently have the bar ...
This is what I would like to see
So basically the ability to hide/move/add icons to the top menu (for the users not so much the admin....)
BUT...
I would also then like to have a page whereby I could embed an iframe and show my webcam stream, so how to create a page once I can link to it from the menu.....
