webpage bizar differences

Hello

i made my eldest son a user.

when he goes to the webpage
there are inexplicable anomalies.
with him in the top the heading settings is not there, so that he cannot choose player.
he can however play without choosing that
on his ipad he cannot choose this at all (he upgraded to ios 6, which gives problems in wifi connection)
when i log in as him on my ipad (not upgraded) i see everythging that should be there.
when i log in as him i see exactly what he sees, then i cannot choose and cannot play.
what is wrong with those people at apple's and how does that regard your webpage

I hope I understood this correctly now.
If the "Settings" menu is missing from the top menu row then you can activate it for him with the administrator account.

Chose the user under users and check the attribute you want to activate.
Please find the attached image below.

Regarding the iPad. Go get a Android device = Fixed
