Server memory info in 'about' tab

I'm wondering what the amount of memory in the 'about' tab means. Mine says:
" jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_40, Windows Server 2012 (87.6 MB / 140.9 MB)"
I have set the memory size to 512mn in the Subsonic control panel and I tried to set the initial heap size of Java to 1024 mb. So I'm kind of confused as to which memory size that paremeter means.
