How to Force User to Reset Password?

Is there a way to force a user to have to change their password the next time they log in?

Please describe the use-case. You can as admin change the password yourself, and if the user then fails the old pw, and has permission to update his pw, this in effect is a pw reset.

Sorry for the late reply, haven't been on in a while.

For instance, if I create an account for a new user with a temporary password I would like to force them to reset their password the first time they login. I know the users can change the password manually in the Settings but most of the time they forget or are too lazy to change it and I don't want them to keep the temporary password.
