Problem with the wording "Edited

there is a problem with the wording "Edited on 2/3/15" in fact this only works when creating the file. If a week or 1 month later in this folder you make a change or add a file on the file does not appear in New .Or as changing why then do not change but to create what is not the same thing.
It would be nice that the modified option works for it is a very good idea.
