Occupied Web address

I created an web address (http://XXXXXX.subsonic.org) for accessing subsonic from other devices and cellphone.
It operates fine.
Then I reinstalled windows on my computer but forgot to unregistered the web address I used to use.
And after the reinstallation of subsonic on my new OS, it showed that the web address is occupied(that I can understand why. Actually it's my own fault
).
So is there a way to claim the old web address back?
