Subsonic conflict with Squeezebox

I'm not exactly sure what you mean with "both using iTunes" as I don't use iTunes at all, but I have them both running perfectly fine on my Ubuntu Server.
Subsonic is listening on port 443 (SSL), Squeezebox on port 9000. Just double check so that they're not using the same port.
