I installed the recent 4.6 beta builds went flawlessly. Now when I try to update to the 4.6 build I get an error message saying that I have a newer build already installed. I remember seeing something on this in the past within the forum just can’t locate the fix. Any help would be appreciated
My operating system is Ubuntu 11.10.

I Just uninstalled and reinstalled the new version. All setting ins were kept in place

So are you saying that you resolved the issue?

Yes uninstall then reinstall fixed the issue
