Is it possible to change the width of the left column, so you can see the whole albumname?

Open file ".../subsonic/jetty/.../webapp/WEB-INF/jsp/index.jsp" with plain text editor like Notepad or gEdit:

<frameset cols="15%,85%" border="0" framespacing="0" frameborder="0">

15% + 85% = 100%
