The first reported error is

Googling that gives something about differences in strings in Java 5 vs. Java 6 ?

Sindre - That's great that an official version is in the works!

After checking out that branch. How can I compile this/install it on my device?
Is there a post somewhere on the forum explaining how to do these things?

Working like a charm on hero with elelinux. Crashed one time but after that no problem, if it gets stable with other users a colume control would be great (it's never enough is it). For now I installed a remote volume control app

That's funny; I happened to be browsing SVN this morning, seeing if a jukebox control was in the works, and I noticed that Sindre had checked in 47 minutes prior. Needless to say, jumping for joy ensued.

In the interim, I tried using this mod, but I am also getting the empty string exception. Adding explicitly to the jukebox playlist causes a FC. Looks like I'll wait, as I need my SubSonic to be stable for my drive every day
