Hello again, I am still here :)

Again I need to apologize for my delays... things are tough right now.

I was able to recover a little bit of the previous work, but it is nowhere close to posting a new release.

I've been very busy with trying to make car payments and haven't had much time to focus on this side project. :'(

I'm getting further and further behind Sindre's newest commits.. Hopefully I will be able to get back on this soon but I wanted to stop in and let you guys know that it is a little bit of a struggle right now.

Thanks again for your patience! I promise I will keep posting updates.

The work that I was able to recover was some jquery forms theming which would allow font sizes to be changed without screwing up the layout of the forms.

The work I lost was actually implementing that jquery forms plugin into each individual page that requires any input buttons (pretty much every page).

Anyways I will keep checking back in and expect this to be a little bit of a long catch-up period, especially because my focus right now is on trying to find employment. :(

Hello, I thought I would post an update since it's now midway through March and I've completely missed February.

My job hunt has been unsuccessful but I've managed to squeeze by the last month with a few side projects (providing eCommerce solutions).

The FreeNAS box that I use to run and test Subsonic on needed to be upgraded for some bug fixes and changes that were causing issues. As a result, Subsonic stopped working and I didn't have a test environment to work with anymore.

I've just finished patching that up and getting Subsonic to start up again, so now I can get going on the code.

I really hope I'm able to catch this project up to speed soon.

hey califrag,

have you taken a look at https://github.com/Mach5/supersonic ?
there are some people, including me, who are fixing some problems within subsonic.
it would be nice if you could submit your changes to the subsonic code there so we can integrate it.
(otherwise i would look at your changes and cherrypick it into the branch ;-))

Hmm.. actually I have not seen that!

You are definitely more than welcome to cherry pick my code if you'd like... It is all available on the subsonic sourceforge site, under branches/saracenob

http://subsonic.svn.sourceforge.net/vie ... onic-main/

I've only made changes to subsonic-main... I will take a look at the Mach5 supersonic project and hopefully we can get the two builds merged or get something figured out.

I don't suppose there is a forum thread for the Mach5 supersonic build or anything that describes what all have you guys changed or fixed or added?

Anyways thanks for the heads up :)

no, there is no specific thread, its just mentioned some times in differen threads

what has changes can be seen here:
https://github.com/Mach5/supersonic/commits/master

as you see, all changes from sindre are merged daily, the persons who want to participate (like me) just fork it and create pull requests, so development is quite ... lets call it liquid ;-)
