Please deprecate links to Thumper and SubAir

The Subsonic Apps page lists three available apps for OSX. Thumper hasn't been updated since 2012 and SubAir hasn't been updated since 2010. The only sane choice is Submariner, which was last updated October.

Is it possible to add a text to the SubAir and Thumper links, saying that these apps are obsolete? It would save others from checking them out, as I just did.

Some more testing:

  • Submariner doesn't play .m4a files
  • It seems the last Submariner was released in January 2012, and that it's now discontinued
  • Thumper doesn't even start on MacOSX 10.9.x, so it's definitely not usable
  • SubAir *does* play .m4a files, so maybe we shouldn't deprecate it just yet

So I was wrong in suggesting that SubAir should be deprecated. And Submariner doesn't seem to be a very sane choice after all...

And now Submariner is suddenly open source: https://github.com/Read-Write/Submariner

Maybe someone will add m4a support? :)
