Subsonic Android App - Files not showing in root of dir

So glad we found Subsonic have paid for a 1 years subscription =)
Just have one small problem with the Android app.
When looking at a Shared folder say D:\music in the web browser you can see the files in the root but in the Android app you can only see Folders and not the files in the root.
E.G music\xxxx.mp3 cannot be seen in the app but is in the web browser but if it is like this music\files\xxxx.mp3 files are seen correctly.
Is this a bug in the app or a setting problem with the server program ?
