iOS app with large skip buttons?

Does anyone know of an iOS app that has large skip buttons that can be used without looking? I mostly use Subsonic in the car and like to shuffle my entire collection, and most apps have tiny buttons right next to other controls that are next to impossible to use while driving. I'd rather not keep up with the jailbreak scene just so I can skip songs with physical buttons. Stezza is wonderful for locally stored music since its buttons take up half the screen. I just wish there were a similar app similar for Subsonic use. Thanks!

Bought a car radio with bluetooth (One of the cheapest Blaupunkt) so that i dont need to wire the whole cabin. Now i can use the arrow keys of the car Radio to navigate/skip. The phone remains in the pocket.

I've just released a new iOS app called CarSub which is just what you had in mind. It's designed for use in the car (big buttons, lots of gestures etc) and support full Bluetooth audio as well.
