hard to create mods
Posted: Tue Nov 11, 2014 10:44 amI know what they do and what they are, but how are they developed? Who creates them and is it hard to create mods? Also, how safe is it downloading them? As far as your concerned I'm a total noob when it comes to MODS, help me clear some things up.
