if anyone's tried iSub on iOS 9 please post the results. Given the fact that there were major issues with iOS 8 I am reluctant to update at this point.

According to the iSub dev's FB page it works with iOS 9.

Works fine on iOS 9, upgraded last night and all is streaming quite nicely. At least on my iPhone 6 that is. Haven't tried iPad or anything else.

Same here, iPhone 6. Seems OK on the iPad Air 2, though I don't really use it much for music.

I love iSub, but it appears to be draining my battery like crazy on iOS9 (iPhone 6s). It's draining the battery at an incredible rate when playing PRE-CACHED tracks. Wild. Until and unless this gets fixed, it looks like I'll have to use AVSub (where I am not seeing this problem).

I'm having the battery issue as well. Hours after listening I can still hear a hissing sound coming from the internal speaker at the bottom when putting it really close to my ear. Only when I force quit iSub the hissing stops.

My earlier post was incorrect as my battery drains also.

iSub is working well for me on iOS 9.0.2 except for one thing. Since upgrading to a 6s Plus, the bitrate settings for wi-fi appear to be used instead of cell settings when connected to cellular. For example, with cell at 192kb and wifi unlimited it will use highest bitrate (320kb for MP3) instead of 192. With cell set at 64kbps and wifi set at 192kbps it will playback at 192kbps on cellular. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I didn't have this issue with my iPhone 5 so maybe only affects 6/6s. Good thing I have unlimited data
