Hi.
I have successfully set up and downloaded some episodes of Serial to my subsonic server (ubuntu). How do I find these in the subsonic android app?? There is no Podcast menu item anywhere that I can see :? . Just tabs for "home/library/playlists/player". On the home page is a list for albums (recent, random top rated etc).

Going into the web interface I managed to set up a playlist with one episode, and this list showed up in the app, but this is extremely clunky. How do I browse podcasts?? Hard to believe that something so simple is missing, or so hard to find. I see that the DSUb app has podcasts, but I'd rather not pay another $4 for the privilege of browsing podcasts..

I have client version 5.3

dsub is great, and definitely worth $4 (I mean, really? $4?? One time? I don't spend a lot of money on stuff, but $4 one time for a great app that I use daily doesn't seem that bad). It makes podcasts a first class citizen, among many many many other great improvements. The dev is super responsive too.

If you really can't spare the $4 though, the best way to do it with the default app is to log on to the web interface as an admin user, make a media folder called podcasts and point it to where you have the podcasts download to. Then, on the app, you can browse your library, and switch the selector on the top from the music folders to the podcast folders.
