And how would that (manual) announce to IRC?

I'm looking for a script that can be loaded in mIRC and interacts with Subsonic, something like a add-on on AMIP.

Search in mIRC for plug-in that show Last.fm last played song... Subscribe from SS to Last.fm and use plug-in to show song from Last.fm: Subsonic -> Last.fm -> Instant Messenger Plug-in

Work fine with Pidgin.im

Can you explain how to show it in Pidgin.im?

Can't seem to find it, never used it.

Pidgin: Tools / Plugins... If missed search "pidgin" in Synaptic and install plug-in (2-3 available).

I think i found the problem, your running a linux distro and i'm a windows user.

I tried that one but didin't seem to work so i installed yulastfm which also didn't work.

I check log and it gave some proxy error's as if it couldn't find/resolve site.

I think it's global pidgin error and moving my problem to there forum.

yulastfm gave proxy error, that plug-in you mentioned just changed song to ----

the issue that i would like to address is this - rather than just the one person announcing in irc / mIRC - i would like to pull every users now playing details not just mine!
