Number of albums shown in different views on "Home"

Is it possible for me to increase the number of albums shown by default on the different views in the "Home" page?

EDIT: To clarify, I'd like to make this a universal change for all players/users.

That would require a recompilation.

If you're familiar with Java development, modify the constant DEFAULT_LIST_SIZE in net.sourceforge.subsonic.controller.HomeController, and rebuild the application.
