I really like this. The turning of proxy settings, however, only works for those of us who don't actually need a proxy on Wifi or over 3G. I need to be able to use a proxy where I am, so hopefully this can be fixed. I know some of the stuff regarding proxies was changed starting in 3.1, and was carried into 4.0. I'm not sure what would need to go into it, but this page from developer.android.com might be a good starting point. http://developer.android.com/sdk/androi ... ights.html Keep up the good work!

Where is the source code? Dev is not posting new builds and there are bugs. It would be a shame for this work to go to waste, and there's also the issue of GPL compliance...

There is definitely an issue with ics and subsonic as far as I can tell as I'm not experiencing the issue with Google music and the like. Major stuttering of playback on the 1st track when downloading. With a dual core processor u wouldn't think it would be an issue. Issue persists thru every version on ice including the latest 4.0.4 Verizon galaxy nexus leak.

Having issues with ICS on Transformer prime. Video choppy and does not fill screen, somtimes it fills only left or right part then bounces back and forth ugh... Works great on my Galaxy s II though :D

I'm guessing SPOiDar was referring to the code for the ICS tweaked version. That link is for the official code.

Personally, I like some of the changes that this version has, but I have avoided it because I'm not real fond of the idea of people forking off custom versions. The fact is that these versions are almost always going to have a short life span since they are not official versions and will quickly become desynced with the official version. I think it would have been better if patches were created against the baseline client so Sindre could integrate them in with the official version, if he wanted. Just my thoughts...

Back to work on this tonight, I'm sorry for the delay. Busy with work lately. I was gonna put the source on github if that's okay with Sindre, never used subversion before. I need help with the skipping issue though, it's driving me nuts! Anyone that's willing to help with some java please pm me asap...

I basically started over, still trying new things out. I went for one unified ui, so it will look like this on any device :) On the left is ICS on a Galaxy Nexus, the right is Gingerbread on a Nexus S.

Is this supposed to work on GB? I keep getting FC's after installation. I know the thread title states "for ICS" but, the OP mentions it working on other Android versions.

Try the build I just posted, let me know how that works. Yeah this needs to work on all devices though.

Latest build looks great but the widget is messed up. Looks like it should be 4x1 but it's stretched into a 4x2.

I'm doing the widget and the player for the next build, also adding ICS lockscreen widget :)
