If I click on a web link, Subsonic opens instead

Problem Description: I have subsonic on one of my browser tab. One another tab, I have another web site. If I click a link, subsonic opens at the login prompt instead of the real link from the web.
Troubleshooting Steps: Reinstalled google chrome. Looked at pop up options but nothing there....

Change the port to something else NOT 80
That is a default http port and can cause conflicts with other software trying to access the web.

Can you expand on exactly what I need to do? Change where? I de-installed chrome and using IE. Do I need to change something within IE?

I can't beleive I'm the only one with this issue....

I've sent a request to Sindre to change the Windows default port to 8080 for the next release.
