Confirmed. I use a variant of Dsub on my Samsung SIII with Dolphan browser. I have two main Subsonic sites, one is Subsonic 4.7 beta 3 WAR version on Windows Server. The other is the Mashup Mod 4.7b3 3100 build. The sites are identical except for the WAR version used, one being stock for reference, the other being the modded version.

The unmodified site plays video normally, but the Mashup mod site displays the same video in half the screen and the control buttons are overlapped as you describe.

Fortunately, I don't use the phone very often to pull video on my phone as my Sprint bandwidth is usually too crappy to make even trying it worthwhile.

Installed and testing!

Android video works properly.
Similar Artist view working.

Search never bothered me - I never could understand some users fixation with search and year and all those kinds of things, i've got about 60k tracks and never have trouble finding what I'm looking for in any version of SS; but that's just me I'm sure- LOL.

Zoom and bounce still has a few quircks in Chrome when zoomed above 100% - Left panel scroll bar overshoots the bottom and the mouse movement works when the pointer is in the column without holding the left button down. I actually kinda like that behavior. Frame resizing is disabled at 110& and 125%. once when i first tried the 125% there was the bounce effect, but then the column started overshooting the bottom and the bounce thing was no longer evident.

Not a big deal as I just do the adjusting at 100% then zoom up if I need to.

I also noticed an occasional darkening of the Main window. I'm not sure what I'm doing that triggers it, bit I'll repost if I can reproduce it consistently. Again, a minor issue.

This builds a keeper for me!

well, its a problem beyond 100% and at the moment i have no clue to fix this in the chrome browser, but I'm not giving up.

that's the problem, I haven't been able to reproduce it on purpose after I saw it a few times. I always use Back in Black and I'll never go back!

I upgraded my laptop to fedora 17 and 3100 version worked quit good. Only major problem is jumping video file forward. I think that is ffmpeg related. When you jump for example 5 minutes forward the loading icon circles long time before video continues playing.
So mod needs to be installed in Fedora 17 to get it work properly? If so I have to upgrade my primary server from 16 to 17. No big deal, it only takes little over hour to do that.

Allthough I installed newest Windows version today and there is a same problem with videos. I replaced ffmpeg from the original beta3 release and the problem is gone! So I think same method works with .rpm install.
Everythink else worked very good!

Could you upload .rpm version of this newest mod or are you planning to release new version in near future?

Thanks for you great work!

I haven't tested everything yet, but it's installed. I'll let you know if I notice anything.

EDIT: Looks pretty good. The only issue I see is the resizing of the frames in Chrome only works if the zoom is at 100%. Not a big deal.

This mod is very stable and functional. It's easy to update and has great features.

Keep up the great work.

Well this sound good! :D

As workaround a recommend Firefox till i found a solution for Chrome and frame resize over 100% zoom.

Man you're doing tremendous job 20E (20 is really a lot in my country so imagine my gratefulness :) ) is going out for you, as it comes to android client there were few things that always pissed me in the original:
*play pause next prev buttons they are ugly and completely do nto fit into rest of the skin
*it would be nice to be able to download something through the client as now you can only play, but i would like to be albe to download as you can do with subsonic over http

One last thing is that subsonic is not working when opened inside iframe and i always with every release have to change in few places in jsp files "top." to the "parent." so it could work in <iframe>, if you could implement it in your standard release i would be more than greatful especially it does not change anything when subsonic is used normally without iframe

also is there anyway i could go back to standard player interface where t here is play/stop buttons because some times when video freezes because of some network problem, i could simply stop and play again to overcome this and now i have to refresh i' sure it is pretty simple to do if you only could explain me how to do it

cheers and keep the coding up ;)

Just installed newest mod to my primary server and everything seems to be working fine. In "2 minutes to midnight" theme left side scroll bar and alphabetical or number shortcurts are not working. Every other theme, that I tested, these functions are working ok.
When you have time, could you check this "2 minutes to midnight" theme. (My favorite theme)

But keep up the good work that you are doing!!

*Edit*
Same issue with Ripserver theme

I've tried to decipher the theme thing a few times and came to the conclusion that there isn't a well defined structure that all themes use that make it easy to ensure that they are all compatible with changes to the program. I think this is becuse many of the themes have been contributed by users and may not all use the same program resources. It would really be nice if all themes were standardized and each element of a theme was easy for a user to customize.

I think maybe this is something that Sindre should look at.

I'm looking forward to the Android app. You're doing a great job and I'll make another donation when the app is released.
