Help with Subsonic http address

I have successfully setup my server and can connect all day long if I type the IP address in directly, i.e. http://71.199.183.47:####

I have manually forwarded port #### to the fixed IP address of the server.
I have setup Subsonic on my Galaxy s3 and it works, IF I again enter the IP address in directly, i.e. http://71.199.183.47:####

However, when I try to generate an easy to remember address, and I have donated , I get this:

"Status: Failed to test web address. Connection to http://subsonic.org refused (HttpHostConnectException)"

I have googled until I am almost blind and do not see a solution. Here is what I have tried:
1. Manually setting up Port forwarding (current setup)
2. Deleting the settings in #1 and using the automatic setting (no change)
3. Disabling Firewall and AV program (no change)

Any suggestions as to why it works perfectly using the IP address inside and outside of my network, but will not even allow me to register a simple name?

Background data:
ISP= Comcast
Router= Asus RT-AC66U running latest firmware (3.0.0.4.246)
All of these are enabled:
PPTP Passthrough
L2TP Passthrough
IPSec Passthrough
RTSP Passthrough
