Single player per user

I know this has been suggested before, but I couldn't find it. Therefore I would like to suggest again that there be an option to simply have a single player assigned per user regardless of any IP. If a user wants more than one player for some reason they could simply create another player.
I have tried to understand how to use the current configuration with dynamic static options set but I cannot get rid of the multiple players constantly getting created by users upon log in. The result is of course having to clean house regularly and remove all the players.

On a side note, it would also be cool to be able to grant users the permission to view all existing players so they could check out what others are listening to.
