Subsonic Problem on Rootserver

I have installed on a dedicated server with Debian Linux 6.0.3 subsonic.
The problem that occurs is that I all 1-2 day Subsonin must reboot because the address is not reachable.
Also a forum is installed on the server, there are no problems with access.
